GLO Blackwing Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EXCLUDING NEW YORK AND FLORIDA, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD (19 IN ALABAMA AND NEBRASKA, 21 IN MISSISSIPPI). ALL ENTRIES, HOWEVER OBTAINED, HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The GLO Blackwing Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by GLO Sports LLC, doing business as GLO Giveaways, 1229 Main Street, Roswell, GA 30075 (“Sponsor”). Winible processes payments and hosts the free Blackwing Free Entry plan, and is not a sponsor. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or affiliated with, General Motors, Cadillac, Kalshi, Polymarket, Novig, Underdog, Instagram or Meta.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., excluding New York and Florida, who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. To accept the prize, the winner must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license. Employees, officers and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins October 8, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends December 24, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock.
4. How to Enter
There are three ways to enter. All entries are pooled into a single drawing. (a) Free Entry (no purchase necessary). Join the Blackwing Free Entry plan from GLO Predicts on Winible at winible.com/s/4im3cgh6. The plan costs nothing and requires no purchase or payment. Each eligible person who joins during the Entry Period earns 2,500 entries, limited to one free entry per person. Entries are credited to the email address used to join. (b) Product and Membership Purchases. Entries are a free promotional bonus included with purchases of products and memberships on globlackwinggiveaway.com. You are paying for the product or membership, not for entries. Entry amounts are shown at checkout and include any promotional multiplier in effect at the time of purchase. Current amounts: Diamond membership, 100,000 entries; Gold membership, 10,000 entries; Silver membership, 2,500 entries; 100 Tickets, 100 entries; sticker packs, as shown on each product page. A later change to a multiplier does not reduce entries already credited. Refunded or charged-back purchases forfeit their entries. (c) Partner Deposit Bonus (optional). Make a first-time deposit of at least $10 with a listed partner (Kalshi, Polymarket, Novig or Underdog) using the posted promo code, then submit proof at globlackwinggiveaway.com/submit-deposit before the Entry Period ends. Proof must show the deposit amount and date, and must be submitted with the same email used for the deposit. Each verified first-time deposit earns 5,000 entries, limited to one per partner per person. Each partner sets its own age, location and account requirements. Sponsor does not control partner services and is not responsible for them. Participation in any partner service is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win. (d) Entry Conditions. You may enter only under your own name, using one email address. Entries made with multiple identities or accounts, scripts, bots or other automated means are void. In a dispute over who made an entry, the authorized holder of the email address on the entry is considered the entrant.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: a used 2024 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing, white, approximately 15,000 miles (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” $85,000), plus $10,000 cash paid by wire transfer. Total ARV: $95,000. The vehicle is awarded “as is,” with no warranty of any kind from Sponsor. The winner must pick up the vehicle in person in Dallas, Texas, at a date and time arranged with Sponsor within 30 days of verification. Travel to Dallas, lodging, and any cost to transport the vehicle afterward are the winner’s responsibility. If the winner does not pick up the vehicle in that window, the prize may be forfeited. The winner is responsible for title, registration, license fees, insurance and all federal, state and local taxes on the full ARV. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 for the full ARV, and the winner must provide a completed W-9. The prize cannot be transferred or substituted by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about December 25, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be streamed live on Instagram at instagram.com/glopredicts. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified by phone and email within 48 hours of the drawing and must respond within five (5) days. Within seven (7) days of notification, the potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful) and a W-9, and must show a valid driver’s license. If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be reached, does not respond in time or does not comply with these Official Rules, they forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting the prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness and statements for promotional purposes without further payment.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control compromises the Giveaway’s administration, security or fairness, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it. If the Giveaway is canceled, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing among eligible entries received before cancellation. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, you release Sponsor, its payment processors and partners, and each of their officers, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participating in the Giveaway or from accepting or using the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect entry information, technical malfunctions, or lost or delayed entries.
11. Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You agree that disputes will be resolved individually, without any class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used under Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
13. Responsible Play
Partner services involve prediction markets or sports wagering, which carry financial risk. Participate only where it is legal for you, and only with money you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
14. Winner’s Name
For the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address in Section 1 by January 31, 2027, or check globlackwinggiveaway.com after January 1, 2027.
