This Privacy Policy explains how GLO Sports LLC, doing business as GLO Giveaways (“we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit globlackwinggiveaway.com (the “Site”), enter our giveaways, buy products or memberships, or receive our emails and texts.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: Name, email address, phone number, mailing or shipping address, state, and Instagram handle Deposit screenshots you submit for a Partner Deposit Bonus, which may show your deposit amount, date and account details Messages you send us If you win: date of birth, driver’s license, and tax information (such as a W-9) to verify eligibility and report the prize Information from others: Winible shares the name, email and plan details of people who buy a membership or join the Blackwing Free Entry plan, so we can credit entries. Winible processes all payments. We do not receive or store your full card number. Partners (Kalshi, Polymarket, Novig and Underdog) may tell us whether a referred deposit qualified, so we can verify bonus entries and referral credit. Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and similar data, through cookies and analytics tools.

Run the giveaway: credit entries, verify deposits, prevent fraud and duplicate entries, select and verify the winner, and award the prize Process and ship orders Send giveaway updates and marketing emails and, if you opt in, text messages Answer questions and provide support Improve the Site and measure our marketing Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations
3. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: Service providers that help us run the Site and giveaway, such as Winible (payments and memberships), our website host, email and SMS providers, analytics providers, and shipping carriers. They may use it only to provide services to us. Partners, only as needed to confirm a qualifying deposit you chose to submit The public, for the winner only: as described in the Official Rules, we may publish the winner’s name, city, state and likeness, except where prohibited Authorities and others when required by law, to enforce our Official Rules, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or us A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized
4. Emails and text messages
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email. If you opt in to texts, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never required to enter or win.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep the Site working, remember your cart and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site may not work without them.
6. How long we keep it
We keep giveaway records, including entries and deposit screenshots, for as long as needed to run the giveaway and resolve any disputes, then delete them within 6 months of the drawing. We keep winner and tax records as long as the law requires. We keep marketing contact information until you unsubscribe.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Only our team reviews deposit screenshots. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing glojaysgiveaways@gmail.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for using these rights. Deleting your information before the drawing will remove your entries.
9. Age limit
The Site and our giveaways are for adults 18 and older (19 in AL and NE, 21 in MS). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the effective date. Significant changes will be announced on the Site or by email.
